Operating Officer organization includes Customer Experience,
Insurance and Investment Operations, Transformation, Global
Procurement Services, and Real Estate. The team partners with
business and functional teams across the organization to drive
operational excellence in order to achieve our priorities,
strengthen our position as a market-leading organization, create
partnerships, and ultimately deliver a better end-to-end experience
for our customers, distribution partners and colleagues. About the
Role: We are looking for a Senior UX Architect to work with our
products team on defining the product experience for our new
annuities. The senior UX architect crafts digital product
experience at the system level, considering all screens, users, and
requirements to craft an experience to flows and wireframes. Part
strategist, part designer and part researcher, an architect uses
these skills to define an experience, deliver flows and screens
based on the CB One design system, creating reusable delightful
experiences based on our shared toolkit. Responsibilities: Create
web experiences for new products that redefine the how annuities
are used and accessed, including but not limited to: wireframes,
flows, ecosystem maps, concept maps, etc. to define the screens,
flows, interactions, and blueprints. Consistently consider the
holistic user experience across platforms and channels to create
patterns and architecture strategy for all new products and product
features. Define approach to best solve each project within your
core team to deliver products and services while representing the
voice of the user and considering context of the solution. You will
be defining new procedure and the discipline and process of design.
Quickly generate and validate team assumptions using qualitative
and quantitative research methods and produce rapid iterations
based on research findings. Lead and design collaborative workshops
, brainstorming, storyboarding, and wireframing sessions within
your core team. Deliver detailed reports tailored to audience.
Present clearly and persuasively to core team and other designers.
Be able to articulate, defend, and sell designs to project team and
product team leadership. Skills and Qualifications: 5 years of
experience as a UX designer, product designer, service designer, or
related discipline. Must be able to self-organize and plan projects
for the team around product design and development with a high
degree of ambiguity. Demonstrated expertise in design research
methods —Usability, Ethnography, Competitive Audit, etc. Expert in
design toolset such as Figma, and Miro and be comfortable using any
design tool we pickup. Demonstrated critical thinking and excellent
communication skills that are clear and to the point. Expertise in
working with design systems and pattern libraries. Experience with
Adobe Analytics, Glassbox or other analytics platform. Preferred
Skills: Experience with coding in HTML/CSS and/or Javascript is a
plus. Quant research experience, such as benchmarking, survey
analysis, or web analysis Experience in a service-based business
with complex business rules (legal, financial, real estate, etc. We
prefer candidates in the Los Angeles/Houston Area, but are open to
remote across the US. This position may require up to 10% travel
time. Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position
in California state is $105,000 to $115,000 at the commencement of
employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end
of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will
ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the
candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other
qualifications. In addition, the position is eligible for a
discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable
