This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a proven fleet
maintenance professional to oversee a high-volume operation. You'll
have full ownership of scheduling, compliance, personnel, and
reporting within an established framework—with the backing of a

Details Key Responsibilities: Lead daily operations of a multi-tech
fleet maintenance team (including welders and bin repair personnel)
Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, LOTO, SWPPP, and company-specific
safety protocols Manage RTA software for preventative maintenance
scheduling and work orders Coordinate inspections, documentation,
and reporting on fleet readiness and vehicle performance Serve as
the go-to for scheduling, PTO management, coaching, and employee
development Support shop cleanliness and operational readiness
while reporting safety issues and incidents Maintain inventory
control of parts and manage vendor/service coordination as needed
Qualifications: 5 years managing heavy-duty fleet maintenance in a
supervisory role In-depth knowledge of HD engines, transmissions,
and shop workflow Valid CA driver’s license required; CDL preferred
Prior experience using maintenance systems (RTA or similar) ASE
certification (especially in alternative fuels) is a plus
Supervisory Scope: Mechanics, Welders, Truck Maintenance, Bin
Repair & Painters Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to
75 lbs., perform hands-on mechanical tasks, and work in outdoor
