Job Description:
Company Overview: Terray Therapeutics is a venture-backed
biotechnology company led by pioneers and long-time leaders in
artificial intelligence, synthetic chemistry, automation, and
nanotechnology. We’re generating chemical data purpose-built to
propel drug discovery into the information age — and we’re doing it
on a larger scale and faster than has ever before been possible.
Our closed loop system generates precise chemical datasets at
unrivaled scale that work seamlessly with AI to systematically map
biochemical interactions between small molecules and causes of
disease. Iterative cycles of virtual molecular design and
experimentation power AI and machine learning models, which in turn
guide the next cycle of design. With a chemistry engine that
measures billions of interactions daily and becomes increasingly
precise with every cycle, we can answer an unprecedented array of
questions — deriving insights that enable us to predictably create
drugs for patients in need. P osition Summary: We are seeking an
experienced and dynamic Procurement Lead to independently drive and
execute supplier management, sourcing, planning, and procurement
efforts. The candidate will centralize and oversee all supplier
management, sourcing, planning and procurement activities and will
be responsible for driving coordination, efficiency and impact as
we continue to scale. This is a cross functional role that will be
part of our operations team working closely with Terray’s
preclinical development, platform, and production teams. The core
responsibilities of this position are: Lead projects independently,
proactively advancing them toward successful completion. Strategic
Sourcing Deliver savings and cost reduction through purchasing
agreements, developing procedures to onboard and validate
comparable products that create redundancy for critical materials.
Define sourcing requirements with experimental teams to ensure
materials align with scientific needs. Supplier Relationship

and implement relationship management strategies for critical
materials. Manage business communications and negotiations to
secure competitive pricing at scale. Maintain relationships so the
team receives the right quality and quantity of materials when
needed. Contract Lifecycle Management Own contract negotiation and
execution in partnership with Finance, ensuring terms support cost
control, compliance, and scalability. Track performance and renewal
cycles, addressing risks and driving continuous improvement.
Procurement Analytics & Planning Define and leverage data and
analytics to inform planning and procurement decisions, building a
forward-looking roadmap and scalable processes. Use insights to
improve spend efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and risk
mitigation. Cross-Functional & Compliance Partnership Collaborate
with Finance and Operations to enhance planning, ordering, and
receiving of lab consumables and equipment. Partner with Safety on
hazardous, large-volume, or regulated chemical orders to ensure
full policy and regulatory compliance. Operational Ownership &

and manage in-house warehouse inventory for commonly purchased
items. Develop procedures that streamline onboarding of alternative
products and vendors to strengthen supply continuity. Experience
and Qualifications: Part of Terray’s success is nurtured by a
hands-on work environment where everyone is accountable, vested in
a vision of excellence, and actively taking part in the success of
the business. Terray supports a positive work environment where
employees can feel engaged, recognized and empowered to be
creative. Required Qualifications: 10 years of progressive supply
chain, sourcing, procurement or other relevant experience in a
collection of biotech/pharma companies at a variety of scales.
Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, biased to action and

and adapt quickly to changing priorities. Demonstrated ability to
collaborate, facilitate, and organize across multiple groups and
