Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Support Engineer for
the Weekend 1st Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical customer support and troubleshoot technical
issues
Mentor team members and create training materials
Design and implement scalable solutions for support operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering,
Mathematics, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
7+ years of technical experience in customer support or related
roles
3+ years of experience with Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS,
GCP)
Experience with coding in languages such as Java, Python, or
JavaScript
Proficiency with command-line tools and Linux environments
