Job Description:

A company is looking for an IT DevOps Engineer Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner, mentor, and collaborate with business partners, developers, architects, and enterprise teams to innovate, advance, and promote ITCL technologies and architecture
Consult with architects and the business to experiment, learn, and build cloud strategies
Provide technical design and thought leadership, and lead efforts to capture and share best-practice knowledge within the ITCL community

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study
Minimum of six years working with operating system hardware and/or software components in designing and scripting infrastructure solutions, or eight years of related experience without a degree
Experience with building and architecting streaming capabilities utilizing Kafka
Proficient working in public and private cloud-based environments, like AWS and Open Stack, and software engineering languages, like Python
Extensive experience working with automation or scripting technologies, such as Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, etc
