Manufacturing Engineer 2 $29.00 to $43.00/ Hr.

SUMMARY
The Manufacturing Engineer 2 must be able to document manufacturing
processes, reason through assembly problems and assist in the
design, fabrication and installation of manufacturing of tooling
and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial
engineering or in a closely related major and 0-3 years related
experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education
and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must have the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general
business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures,
or governmental regulations in English. Must be able to write
technical reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, and
create instructional reference material.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must have the ability to subtract, multiply and divide in all units
of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Must
be capable to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and
interpret bar graphs. Must have ability to comprehend and apply
concepts relating to geometrical dimensional tolerances. In
addition, must have the ability to convert constants and values
between differing units of measure. In addition, will need to apply
concepts such as, fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Must have the ability to apply principles of logical and scientific
thinking as well as work with a wide range of intellectual and
practical problems. In the most difficult phases must be able to
deal with nonverbal symbolism such as formulas, scientific
equations, graphs, musical notes, etc. Must have the ability to
deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those
that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to stand. The employee is regularly required to use hands,
fingers, to reach with hands and arms, to climb, balance, stoop,
kneel, and crawl. Employee must frequently lift/move test equipment
and other objects weighing up to 40 pounds and occasionally up to
70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include
close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,
depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This position requires heavy computer use, including monitor,
keyboard, mouse, trackball, touchpad, etc.

While performing the duty of this job, the employee is occasionally
exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals,

environment is usually loud.
