Job Description:

Part Time Role- 24 hour/week

Service to be provided includes but not limited to the following:
-Provide Mechanical training.
-Support and perform rebuilds and failed component analysis in the Supply Module machine shop
-Downday maintenance support and execution of skilled maintenance tasks and training of those tasks.

Service provider must have
Advanced technical knowledge of Converting equipment, Mastery of highly technical rebuilds, process management systems including Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication standards, maintenance planning and breakdown management systems including SAP, in-depth failure analysis, and breakdown elimination. Individual must also know Oxnard Site wage advancement work processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Experienced maintenance planner or other relative experience to: Assist with doing all the initial IQ / OQ checks to ensure that equipment is installed as required and all devices are installed in the proper orientation, Assist with checking all mechanical aspects of the equipment (Alignment, torque tests, guards in place, free moving parts), Assist with developing and documenting centerlines, Assist with developing AM / PM Plans and documentation (Maintenance Plans), Assist with developing CIL's, Assist with developing re-build instructions for equipment, Full understanding of LOTO (Lockout / Tagout) requirements and working around energized equipment, Understanding of production, packaging and conveying systems. Strong mechanical aptitude and/ or engineering degree/experience.
