Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
district in Ridgecrest, CA, is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists
(SLPs) for an onsite contract position from February 16, 2026, to
May 28, 2026. This role is focused on providing comprehensive
speech and language services to an elementary caseload within the
school setting. The position requires working 37.5 hours per week
and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on students
communication development. Key responsibilities include conducting
speech and language assessments, developing individualized
education plans (IEPs), delivering therapy sessions, and
collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to
support student progress. Candidates must be skilled in clinical
techniques relevant to a school environment and hold the required
certifications. Qualifications and experience: Valid
Speech-Language Pathology Certification (SLP - CCC preferred)
Experience working in school settings with K-12 students
Proficiency in evaluating and treating elementary-aged children
Strong communication and teamwork skills to engage with students,
families, and staff effectively Ability to manage a case load
efficiently while documenting progress thoroughly This onsite
