Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the
current school year, starting ASAP and continuing through the end
of the school year. This opportunity focuses on providing services
to an elementary caseload across two separate school sites located
in Santa Maria, CA. The schedule is designed to maintain
consistency, with most weeks consisting of three days at one
elementary school and two days at the other, without the need to
travel to both sites in a single day. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students with various
communication needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment
plans in alignment with students goals. Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and other educational staff to support student progress.
Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student
performance and progress. Participate in team meetings and
contribute to the creation of positive learning environments.
Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology. Experience or interest in pediatric and
school-based speech therapy. Completion or active status in the
Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to manage an elementary caseload
effectively. Valid state licensure or eligibility to work in the
school setting. This contract position offers a structured seasonal
