Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Education Manager I.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach and develop team within Patient Education (Inside Sales)
Drive execution of immediate and mid-term goals by team, monitor
performance metrics, and make recommendations for improvements
Execute cross-functional initiatives and support Sales Leadership
and field sales personnel
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience
Minimum of two years direct supervisory experience in Inside Sales
or Virtual Sales in a high-volume setting
Ability to interact with various levels of leadership and
stakeholders
Proficiency in data manipulation and data management
Experience in medical device or HighTech industries preferred
