Here you will gain all the skills needed to help you succeed in this competitive industry. Here, you wont be grabbing coffee (unless its for yourself) nor will you be running errands. Instead you will learn everything you will need to get hired at your first job, including your title of Project Coordinator. We will equip you with a substantial experience when it comes time for the next step in your career. We will teach you how to do: Viral Marketing Viral and Traditional PR Building a strong audience for artists/clients through social media Social media for business Copy and Press Release Writing Creating and sending HTML eBlasts (No prior knowledge required) Google Keyword research Press List and Database Management Additional Information: Need someone 2 days a week between M-F 10:30am-5:30pm (partial days will be considered) Minimum commitment of four months Must be willing to work from our Oxnard office in 93035 Must enjoy the ocean view and ocean breeze from your work station! Requirements: 1) A sense of humor! 2) Common sense 3) Creativity is a plus 4) Basic computer skills (word, excel, internet) We offer a casual and fun workplace environment. Although this is a NON-PAID TRAINING INTERNSHIP, you will be a vital player in the building of real bands online and will be able to apply your new skills to market and promote for any type of artist, business or product you choose. Periodically, paid positions become available for which we only hire from our already trained intern pool. While at this time those positions are already filled, it does remain as a potential opportunity!
