**Northrop Grumman Space Systems has an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Space Components division. The selected candidate will** **provide** **office management and executive administrative support to the Operations Director, Program Director and Senior Leadership Team (SLT).** **This position can be located in Goleta or Oxnard, CA.**

**Core Responsibilities:**

+ Participate in weekly SLT meetings and maintain record of events

+ Provide general admin support office staff

+ Coordinate site quarterly All Hands meetings

+ Support leadership team and staff with company and or customer meetings

+ Partner with Facilities Team and Receptionist for room/facilities set up

+ Team with IT for any computer assistance and set up for new employees

+ Events Coordinator: contact caterers, vendors and equipment suppliers to support events

+ Arrange for offsite meetings and secure meeting facility as needed

+ Maintain Senior Staff calendar with daily/weekly updates

+ Maintain all Astro Organization charts

+ Maintain Astro Employee and Contractor email lists

+ Order and maintain inventory of company cell phones per manager requests

+ Maintain all company telephone/cell phone list and distribute weekly updates

+ Order, maintain inventory and distribute all office supplies, business cards, stationery, etc.

+ Order NG Corporate Values/Depoloyables Behavior Principles badge cards as needed

+ Maintain copier in executive office area, keep supplies on hand and area clean

+ Support travel need for site employees: support employees with domestic and Foreign Travel, flights, car rentals, hotel, etc.

+ Arrange travel for Interviewees as required to support human resources

+ Back-up to receptionist as needed

+ Use business software applications (e.g., word processing, presentation and spreadsheet) to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, agendas, minutes, etc.

+ Receive, screen and direct incoming calls, visitors, mail and email

+ Maintain files, records, calendars and diaries

+ May arrange business travel, coordinate meeting arrangements, and/or track expenses

**Basic Qualifications:**

+ High School diploma or GED with 5 years of executive assistant experience

+ Experience supporting Director level and above

+ US Citizenship required

Salary Range: $50,200.00 - $83,600.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
