Tax Senior – Essential Functions: Lead tax projects and assess client needs across a wide variety of services Coordinate both hands-on training and formalized firm training for staff Be community-involved with an outgoing personality Collaborate with specialty tax practice on complex tax matters Provide timely and complete evaluations and counseling for staff accountants Serve as a positive mentor and hands-on leade Tax Senior – Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field MST, Juris Doctor, or applicable advanced degree preferred CPA Certification required (additional specialty certifications a plus) 5 years of proven experience in a tax leadership role with a regional or Big 4 public accounting firm Ability to utilize firm technology efficiently Strong multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Genuine passion for public accounting with the ability to view clients’ needs holistically Compensation & Benefits: An exceptional compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO Flexible schedule true work/life balance Direct path to partnership —no fluff If you’re an ambitious tax professional ready to step into a leadership role with real growth potential, this is your moment.
