Immediate need for Accounts Payable Specialist

Primary Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will process invoices and check requests, review general ledger coding and monitor expense reports. The Lead Accounts Payable Specialist will resolve issues with vendors, analyze, and reconcile vendor accounts. A strong emphasis on internal and external customer service and guidance as needed. Assist with special projects as assigned.

Desired Job Experience:

4+ years of high volume accounts payable experience working in a paybles role, specifically

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office. Knowledge of Great Plains helpful.

High level of analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.

Desired Education or Degree:

High School Diploma a must; College Degree preferred.
