Job Description:

A grower/ distributor located in Oxnard seeks an HR Director to provide guidance and leadership to the HR Team and executive Management. This is a permanent position, and includes benefits.

This position will directly oversee alignment with all business needs, safety policies and procedures, compliance with State and Federal regulations, and ensures that the company has staffing to meet its business objectives. As a member of the executive management team, provides strategic guidance and partners with them to meet the company's short and long-term objectives.

Requirements of this position will include:

Bachelor's degree in business or other related field (MBA is preferred)

10 year of HR leadership and management experience

Experience with executive level strategic planning and decision-making

Experience in agriculture preferred
