Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Product Tax.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary Tax point of contact for the Product team,
ensuring tax risks are identified and mitigated
Partner with other Finance partners to integrate tax into risk
management framework
Monitor regulatory developments and incorporate new requirements
into product development
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in a Tax
function supporting Product teams
5+ years of experience managing and leading teams
Ability to explain complex tax concepts effectively to non-Tax
teammates
Experience with US Information reporting requirements and indirect
tax regimes
Prior Fintech or Crypto experience preferred
