Job DescriptionAs an industry leader, we are looking for a self-driven, thorough person to grow with our team as a Finance Clerk.What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and process all vehicle sale documents related to retail sales
• Update management and department members on status of all deals
• Communicate to appropriate team members on additional documents needed in order to process all paperwork and transfer documents
• Maintain exceptional customer service when communicating with our customers on financing matters
• Contact banks/financial institutions to obtain necessary documentation required to complete deals
• Manage weekly Heat Sheet on missing documents
• Provide support to F&I, Sales Managers, and Business Manager when needed
• Perform administrative duties in the office including, but not limited to data entry, word processing, filing, and copying
• Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to prioritize tasks and organize workload to solve problems
  • Microsoft Office Familiarization desired
  • Bi-lingual highly preferred
