Facilitates the participation, evaluation, and assessment of
compensation, and benefits surveys to ensure business objectives
Collaborate with HR Managers by providing compensation consulting
and conduct market pricing by job matching.
Supports compensation and promotion cycles, off-cycle compensation
activity, short term incentives and long term incentives.
Uses published or conducts ad hoc surveys to obtain and analyze
market pricing. Makes recommendations on appropriate grade level.
Reviews recommendations for internal equity. Prepares reports on
findings and handles administrative steps to formalize
Maintain compensation database and prepare annual bonus plan
accrual amounts for Finance.
Reviews new positions in anticipation of recruitment to ensure
appropriate classification. As necessary, modifies and creates new
descriptions which accurately reflect current roles,
responsibilities and requirements.
Oversees the job reclassification and reorganization processes to
ensure pay is in accordance with Compensation Policy and
guidelines. Makes recommendations to Management.
Stays updated on federal, state laws, rules and regulations in
order to assist in ensuring company compliance.
Conducts meetings and training with managers, supervisors and
employees to communicate total rewards policies and programs.
