Client of Howroyd Group Executive Search is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity.

As the Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will supervise staff, oversee the processing and disbursements and evaluate and recommend internal controls and procedures. This person will oversee, guide and coach their team in work flow processes, ensure all disbursements are accurate and correctly managed in the ERP System, assist in all aspects of AP projects, assist with 1099 filing, perform internal audits of vendor database, and provide internal control. Candidates must be familiar with P-Card Program and familiar with W-9's and 1099 reporting.

This position will require a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Accounts Payable experience with 3+ years in a supervisory role. This position will require incumbent to be fluent in Spanish and have the ability to travel up to 35% of the time between Oxnard and Santa Maria.
